You can go back to your workshop whenever it suits you – wherever it suits you. Simply go to the ZenTV.tv site from any computer and then log into your account and your workshop will be waiting for you, so you can view it again and again.

Buying a workshop
Once you have found a ZenTV workshop you like simply click the ”Buy this Workshop” button. You will then be taken through a secure payment transaction via our partner PayEx. After the payment process you will receive a receipt via e-mail and automatically be redirected to your workshop - which is ready for you to watch. We accept all major credit cards. You can easily see the amount due in the currency of your choice.

How soon can I view my ZenTV workshop after that I have paid for it?
Immediately. After the secure payment process you will be redirected to the site to view the ZenTV workshop you have bought.
How many times can I view a ZenTV workshop that I have purchased?
ZenTV offers you unlimited views of the wokshops you have purchased, so it is really up to you!
Why do you have both free ZenTV workshops and ZenTV workshops that are pay-per-views?
The majority of our programs are inspirational and educational pay-per-views with well known experts and bestselling authors. We do however also offer a limited amount of more editorial programs that are free of charge.
Why are your pay-per-views in different languages?
It all depends on the expert. In some cases a Swedish expert would like to do a pay-per-view in English to reach an international audience, and sometimes an expert finds himself or herself more comfortable in speaking in his/her native language. You can see the spoken language of the ZenTV workshop in the description.
How will I know if it works on my computer?
Simply watch some of our trailers – if you can see them then our workshops will work on your computer.
You can also test the bandwidth on www.bredbandskollen.se or www.speedtest.net. ZenTV emphasizes however that test result indicates only that the computer and Internet connection meet the technical conditions at the precise moment when the test is conducted. The test result does not guarantee that the computer and/or Internet connection will meet the technical requirements at a later time. The minimum requirement on the Internet connection is 1Mbit/s.
I have trouble watching at work?
You might have firewalls at work that restricts you from watching streaming media. Check with your IT administrator.
Can I give a workshop as a gift?
Yes! Great idea! Coming soon you will be able to gift any of our workshops to friends, colleagues and family. Stay tuned for more info.
